Background/Summary:
Pursuant to City Code Chapter 19, the meet and confer process began on September 21, 2016 and concluded on November 2, 2016 when the members of COPPS ratified this MOU.
The major components of this new MOU are as follows:
*The agreement is for a four year period, beginning July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2021;
*Establishes a new sick leave payout program;
*Provides $1,000 in Professional Development Pay;
*Provides one additional personal day for the life of the MOU; and
*Provides a $1,000 final year payment in FY20.
