| Easements, Happy Valley Road and Lake Pleasant Parkway |

This is a request for City Council to authorize the acceptance of an Easement for Public Art with Cypress Property Management at Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley Road for the purpose of installing Public Art. |
| | | | | | | | Background/Summary:
Staff has been working with Cypress for a portion of the property on the Northeast corner of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley Road to place Public Art. The parcel will be 30’ X 15’ including the surrounding landscaping. |
| | | | | | | | Previous Actions:
December 16, 2008 – Council approved an easement to allow a mural by Emanuel Martinez to be painted on the exterior wall of the “Bike Shop” fronting 83rd Avenue south of Washington Street. |

A: City Council authorizes the execution, acceptance and recordation of the Easement for the Northeast corner of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley Road adjacent to “Char” restaurant.
B: City Council chooses not to authorize the execution, acceptance and recordation of the Easement for the Northeast corner of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley Road adjacent to “Char” restaurant. |
