For the Council to consider adoption of an amended Council Policy 2-1 (CP 2-1), Travel Expenditures – Council. |
| | | | | | | | Background/Summary:
The City develops Council Policies to provide consistent guidelines and standards for addressing specific activities. City staff recently reviewed this policy in detail. In doing so, it was found that some minor language changes were needed to clarify the policy. For example, the use of city funds is limited to travel expenses of only the Council member and that all receipts must be itemized. |
