This is a request for City Council to approve a Final Plat of 11535 North 79th drive, located on 79th Drive and Varney Road, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign and record the Final Plat with the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office subject to the following stipulation:
In the event that the Final Plat is not recorded within 60 days of Council approval, the Final Plat will become void. The developer may request re-approval from the City, with the understanding that the City has the option of imposing additional requirements or stipulations. |

The purpose of the Final Plat is to divide one residential lot into two. This development is within the City’s water/sewer service area. |

There have been no previous actions. |

A: The Final Plat has been approved through the Development and Engineering Department. An option would be to not accept the proposed Final Plat; although it should be noted that not approving the Final Plat will prevent the Developer from developing this land.
B: The other option would be to formally approve the Final Plat and allow this parcel to be developed. |

Discussion and possible action to approve the Final Plat of 11535 North 79th Drive, located at 79th Drive and Varney Road, subject to stipulations. |

There is no direct budgetary impact to the City to approve the Final Plat. |

The acceptance of this Final Plat by City Council will allow the developer to move forward in developing this property. |
