This is a request for City Council to discuss the adoption of a Resolution authorizing the execution of a Right-of-Way License with Pacific District Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches allowing the installation of awnings and light fixtures which will overhang onto City right-of-way at the southeast corner of 83rd Avenue and Jefferson Street. |
| | | | | | | | Background/Summary:
The property owner at the southeast corner of 83rd Avenue and Jefferson Street is redeveloping the parcel incorporating portions of the existing structure. The original structure was built along the property line resulting in any additions to the face of the building to overhang onto City right of way.
