4	C.	Code Amendment, Renumber Chapter 8 (Elections) to Chapter 4 (Elections) and amending various sections of the Peoria City Code

		Discussion and possible action to adopt ORD. 2017-06 amending Chapter 8 of the Peoria City Code (1992 Edition) pertaining to elections by renumbering it as Chapter 4 and amending various sections.

		Discussion and possible action to adopt ORD. 2017-07 amending Chapter 15 of the Peoria City Code (1992 Edition) pertaining to Municipal Court by renumbering it as Chapter 5 and amending various sections.


6	C.	Code Amendment, Creating Chapter 26 (Procurement) and amending various sections of the Peoria City Code

		Discussion and possible action to adopt ORD. 2017-08 creating Chapter 26 (Procurement) of the Peoria City Code (1992 Edition) pertaining to procurement and amending various sections.


7	C.	Amendment, Intergovernmental Agreement, Peoria Unified School District Swimming Pools Joint Use

		Discussion and possible action to approve the Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the Peoria Unified School District (PUSD) for Swimming Pools Joint Use and update the certification agency listed in the agreement.


8	C.	Right-of-Way License for Business Sign, 75th Avenue and Cactus Road

		Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2017-31 authorizing the execution of the Right-of-Way License to allow Ninth West Properties, L.C. to keep their existing business sign in its current location south of the southeast corner of 75th Avenue and Cactus Road.


9	C.	Transition Agreement, BioAccel

		Discussion and possible action to approve the Transition Agreement between the City of Peoria and BioAccel to wind-down BioAccel’s operation and management function as part of the BioInspire Program.


10	C.	Adoption of Notice of Intention to Consider Adjusting Water, Wastewater, Reclaimed and Non-Potable Water Rates and Establish the Public Hearing Date

		Discussion and possible action to: (a) adopt the Notice of Intention to adjust the City's water, wastewater, and reclaimed water rates; and (b) establish May 16, 2017 as the date for the public hearing to consider adoption of the recommended rates.


11	C.	Replat, Lots 54-58 and Lots 151-154 of Vistancia Parcel A29, Ridgeline Road and Sunrise Point

		Discussion and possible action to approve the Replat of Lots 54-58 and Lots 151-154 of Vistancia Parcel A29, located at Ridgeline Road and Sunrise Point, subject to stipulations.
