3CCU16-0027: QuikTrip 484 Conditional Use Permit

A request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow a gas station use on an undeveloped property located at the southwest corner of 95th Avenue and Olive Avenue.  The site is within the La Jolla Landings Planned Area Development zoning district.

 

4CCU16-0033: Christian Brothers Automotive

A request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow an automotive service facility on a vacant pad within the existing Walmart Neighborhood Market commercial center located at 13645 N. 75th Avenue.  The site is in the Sweetwater Ridge III Planned Area Development zoning district.

5RZ16-0015: Pinnacle Peak Road City Retention Basin Initial Zoning

A City-initiated initial zoning request from Maricopa County Rural 43 (RU-43) to City of Peoria Suburban Ranch 43 (SR-43) for approximately 7.22 acres following a recent annexation application on the site.  The property is located at the northwest corner of 83rd Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road.

 

6RZ16-0014: Church of Joy Initial Zoning

A City-initiated initial zoning request from Glendale A-1 and Single Family R1-6 Districts to City of Peoria General Agricultural (AG) and Single Family Residential R1-6 districts for approximately 2.1 acres, following a recent annexation application on the site.  The property is located west of the southwest corner of the New River and Rose Garden Lane and Ross Avenue alignments.
