A public hearing will be held to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow an automotive service facility within an existing industrial warehouse suite located at 21469 N. 78th Avenue, Suite 150.  The site is in the Deer Valley Service Center Planned Area Development (Z95-14A.4) zoning district.

The applicant requests an amendment to the General Plan Land Use Map, changing the current designation from Medium Density Residential (5-8 du/acre, Target of 6 du/acre) to Medium-High Density Residential (8-15 du/acre, Target of 12 du/acre), for 4.55 acres, located north of the northwest corner of 67th and Olive Avenues.

5RZ16-0010: Landmark on 67th

The applicant requests approval to rezone 4.55 acres from Intermediate Commercial (C-2) to the Multi-Family Residential (RM-1) zoning district. The purpose is to facilitate construction of a multi-family residential apartment development, comprising 56 two-bedroom units with open space amenities, located north of the northwest corner of 67th and Olive Avenues.
