A request to amend an existing Planned Area Development (PAD) consisting of approximately 3.3 acres, located at the SWC of Paradise Lane and 75th Avenue, to enable the development of the property for a hotel use and associated accessory uses.

Project Description

Proposal to amend the existing entitlement on the property (Planned Area Development - PAD zoning) to enable the development of the site as a proposed hotel and associated uses within the hotel (bar/restaurant). The amendment also proposes minor modifications to the development standards in order to accommodate the proposed development of the proposed hotel.

Recommendations:
Recommend APPROVAL of Case Z06-15A.1 to the City Council, subject to Conditions 1-8.
