Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2018-41 authorizing the execution of a Public Utility Easement along the east side of 83rd Avenue at the Village Parkway alignment. |
| | | | | | | | Summary:
During the design review process for the Village Parkway Trailhead, it was determined that a Public Utility Easement along the 83rd Avenue frontage would be needed to provide a designated area for utilities to be placed in alignment with the parcels to the north and south of the trailhead site. |

01/20/15 - Council approved the acquisition of the trailhead site. |

A: City Council authorizes the execution and recordation of the Public Utility Easement.
B: City Council denies authorization of the execution and recordation of the easement resulting in public utilities requesting individual easements for their infrastructure. |
| | | | | | | | Staff Recommendation:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the adoption of the attached Resolution authorizing the execution of the easement and recordation by staff. |

There is no fiscal impact to the City associated with granting of this easement.
