Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2019-03 authorizing the City Manager to execute an easement to Arizona Public Service (APS) for the installation and maintenance of electrical facilities associated with the rehabilitation of the Ventana Lakes Well Site 2C at 10748 West Sierra Pinta Drive. |

The recent rehabilitation of the Ventana Lakes Well Site 2C triggered the need for the installation of new electrical infrastructure. APS has agreed to construct the electrical facilities necessary to provide power to the well site and requires an easement over City owned property to allow them to install and maintain these facilities. |

No previous Council action has taken place for this request. |

A: City Council authorizes the execution and recordation of the APS easement.
B: City Council chooses not to authorize the easement resulting in no public record of the existence or location of the electrical facilities.

Staff recommends that City Council approve the adoption of the attached Resolution authorizing the execution of the easement to APS. |
