Proposal:
The applicant is seeking to rezone approximately 37acres of land from Planned Unit Development (PUD) to Carioca Company Planned Area Development (PAD) to accommodate the development of a mixed use project consisting of commercial, retail, multi-family residential, and light industrial uses.
