Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Board and Commission members appointed to various Boards and Commission by the City Council on May 4, 2021 were invited to send a picture of themselves holding their Certificate of Appointment to their respective Board or Commission for display during a Council Meeting rather than receiving their Certificate of Appointment at a Council meeting. |

On April 13, 2021, the Council Boards and Commissions Subcommittee made appointment recommendations to various Boards and Commissions.
On May 4, 2021, the City Council adopted RES. 2021-10 appointing members to various Boards and Commissions. |
| | | | | | | | Staff Recommendation:
This is a request for Mayor and Council to recognize newly appointed Board and Commission members who have submitted a picture of themselves holding their Certificate of Appointment plaque by displaying their picture during the Council meeting in lieu of personal attendance.
