Discussion and possible action to approve a Replat of Lot 5, Peoria Station and a Portion of Lot 9 Peoria Station Amended, located on the Southwest corner of Peoria Avenue and 67th Avenue, subject to stipulations. |
| | | | | | | | Summary:
The purpose of the Replat is to completely renovate the existing Circle K at the same site and dedicate new easements for proposed improvements. This development is within the City’s water and sewer service area. |
| | | | | | | | Previous Actions/Background:
The Site Plan (SP21-20) was reviewed by the City and completed in June 2022 and no significant changes were made to the proposed Replat. |
| | | | | | | | Staff Recommendation:
Staff recommends the approval and subsequent recordation of the attached Replat subject to the following stipulation:
In the event that the Replat is not recorded within 60 days of Council approval, the Replat would become void. The developer may request re-approval from the City, with the understanding that the City has the option of imposing additional requirements or stipulations. |
