Discussion and possible action to approve a Master Plat for Legacy Place, located at Northeast corner of Northern Avenue and 83rd Avenue, subject to stipulations. |
| | | | | | | | Summary:
The purpose of the Master Plat is to split existing agricultural parcels into several parcels for future residential subdivisions. The parcels are within the City’s sewer and water service areas. |
| | | | | | | | Previous Actions/Background:
On February 2022, on recommendation by Planning & Zoning Commission for Case Z21-06, City Council adopted Ordinance 2022-03 for the Legacy Point Planned Area Development (PAD) of which this Master Plat subdivides the residential portions of the PAD. |
| | | | | | | | Staff Recommendation:
Staff recommends the approval and subsequent recordation of the attached Master Plat subject to the following stipulation:
In the event that the Master Plat is not recorded within 60 days of Council approval, the Master Plat will become void. The developer may request re-approval from the City, with the understanding that the City has the option of imposing additional requirements or stipulations. |
