Re-Plat, Village H, I, and J at Vistancia, Parcels H-7/8/9, H-25/26, I-1/2, J-9/11/16, J-14/15, and H/I/J Master Final Plat, Vistancia Blvd and White Peak Drive (Project No. R230021) 

Purpose:

Discussion and possible action to approve a Re-Plat of Village H, I, and J at Vistancia, Parcels H-7/8/9, H-25/26, I-1/2, J-9/11/16, J-14/15, and H/I/J Master Final Plat, located at Vistancia Blvd and White Peak Drive, subject to stipulation. 

Summary:

The purpose of the Re-Plat is to plat a subdivision for residential use.  This development is within the City’s water and sewer service area.  This Re-Plat creates three new parcels, Parcel J-9/11/16, Parcel J-14/15 and Parcel I-1/2 along with public Right of Way for Vistancia Boulevard and Twin Buttes Road within the Vistancia North Community. 

Previous Actions/Background:

The preliminary plat (P22-11 Master Plat Vistancia 6 and 7) was reviewed by the City and completed on February 23, 2023 and no changes were made to the proposed Re-Plat.

Staff Recommendation:

Staff recommends the approval and subsequent recordation of the attached Re-Plat subject to the following stipulations:

 

  1. In the event that the Re-Plat is not recorded within 60 days of Council approval, the Final Plat will become void.  The developer may request re-approval from the City, with the understanding that the City has the option of imposing additional requirements or stipulations.
Fiscal Analysis:

No fiscal impact.
