General Application Information
Proposal:The applicant's is seeking to rezone approximately 5 acres from Suburban Ranch (SR-43) Zoning District to the proposed Haciendas 5 Planned Area Development (PAD) zone to accommodate a twelve (12) lot detached single-family subdivision development.
Location:The proposed development is located approximately one-half mile west of the southwest corner of 135th Avenue and the Dixileta Road alignment.
