| Final Plat Calle Lejos, Calle Lejos Between 73rd and 74th Avenues |

Discussion and action to approve a Final Plat of Calle Lejos, located on Calle Lejos just West of 73rd Avenue, subject to stipulation. |
| | | | | | | | Summary:
The purpose of the final plat is to subdivide the existing vacant residential parcel into three residential parcels. This development is within the City’s water and sewer service area.
The final plat is also necessary to dedicate right-of-way on Calle Lejos, a public utility easement and to abandon patent easements on the site.

Staff recommends the approval and subsequent recordation of the attached final plat subject to the following stipulations:
- In the event that the final plat is not recorded within 60 days of Council approval, the plat will become void. The developer may request re-approval from the City, with the understanding that the City has the option of imposing additional requirements or stipulations.
