Water Resiliency is one of the top three priorities identified by Mayor and Council primarily due to concerns associated with the Colorado River and the Maricopa County groundwater model. Water resiliency has implications on capital improvement projects, community development, and department operations. The Water Services Department will update the Mayor and Council on these important topics during this study session.
