Discussion and possible action to approve a Final Plat for 92nd Avenue and Jomax Place Lots 3A and 3B, located at the Northwest Corner of Briles Road and 91st Avenue Alignment. Subject to stipulations. |

The purpose of the Final Plat is to split the existing vacant parcel into two separate lots for residential use. This development is within the City’s water and sewer service area. |

Staff recommends the approval and subsequent recordation of the attached Final Plat subject to the following stipulation:
In the event that the Final Plat is not recorded within 60 days of Council approval, the Final Plat will become void. The owner may request re-approval from the City, with the understanding that the City has the option of imposing additional requirements or stipulations. |
