Discussion and possible action to authorize the City Manager to enter into a five year triple net lease agreement in the amount of $7,500 per month with options to extend with Hanger 12, LLC for hangar space located at 6575 North Glen Harbor Boulevard, Glendale. |

The City of Peoria Police Department is in the process of establishing an Aviation Unit that will provide air support for the Peoria Police and Fire and Medical Departments. Additionally, the Aviation Unit will be available for regional support at an agreed upon contracted rate. This Aviation Unit will need to have hangar and office space available to support operations and protect the aircraft. |
