The study session will examine the state and federal economic conditions in existence. Staff will review with Mayor and Council year-end numbers from FY23 as well as financial trends for FY24. Lastly, this study session will forecast some revenue and expenditure parameters for the FY2025 Budget and Capital Improvement Program development. |
