Discussion and possible action to approve the Corrective Final Plat of 99th Ave EZ Stor, located at the Southeast Corner of 99th Avenue and Washington Street. |

During the escrow process involving one of the parcels included in the 99th Ave EZ Stor Final Plat, it was discovered that signatures from all owners had not been obtained. The purpose of the Corrective Final Plat is to capture the signatures of all parcel ownership represented on the plat. |
