Discussion and possible action to approve a Final Plat of Peoria Shires, located at 9285 West Weeping Willow Road. Subject to stipulations.

The purpose of the Final Plat is to subdivide an existing residential parcel into 2 parcels for residential single family home use. This parcel is within the City’s water and sewer service area. This Final Plat creates a total of 2 new lots. All external roadways are public and will be maintained by the City of Peoria. |

Staff recommends the approval and subsequent recordation of the attached Final Plat subject to the following stipulation:
- In the event that the Final Plat is not recorded within 60 days of Council approval, the Final Plat will become void. The developer may request re-approval from the City, with the understanding that the City has the option of imposing additional requirements or stipulations.
