Discussion and possible action to adopt ORD. 2023-20 amending Chapter 11 of the Peoria City Code (1992 Edition) pertaining to Massage Facilities and Functionally Equivalent Bodywork Establishment Operations, by adding sections 11-162 through 11-183. |
