Proposal:
The applicant is requesting variances for two lots to reduce the minimum lot size and width in order to reorient the existing two lots from north/south (fronting onto Peoria Avenue) to an east/west orientation (fronting onto 81st Avenue) in order to meet City of Peoria Access Management regulations. This would provide for one (1) single-family residential home on each of the respective lots.

Location:
Lots 1 & 2 are located at the northeast corner of 81st Avenue and Peoria Avenue.

Approximately 0.3 acres
