The City of Peoria Public Works Department, Streets Division, recently commissioned a technical survey of all the city’s streets to rate conditions for prioritizing treatment schedules.  The technical data is used to rank maintenance priorities based upon operational goals and objectives. The Division will discuss pavement management fundamentals, goals and objectives, and performance measures as well as the strategies that factor into a successful program of lifecycle maintenance.
