Discussion and possible action to approve a Re-plat, of Lot 10 and Tract A, Sunrise Unit Four Phase Two, per Book 210 of maps 25 MCR, 9042 West Villa Chula. Subject to stipulations. |
| | | | | | | | Summary:
The purpose of the Re-Plat is for the removal of a lot line that will combine an existing lot and a tract into one lot. This will allow for the expansion of existing Lot 10 and removal of a Tract that is no longer necessary. |
| | | | | | | | Previous Actions/Background:
The original Final Plat for the subdivision was reviewed by the City and recorded on April 10th, 1979. |
| | | | | | | | Staff Recommendation:
Staff recommends the approval and subsequent recordation of the attached Re-Plat subject to the following stipulations:
- In the event that the Re-Plat is not recorded within 60 days of Council approval, the Re-Plat will become void. The developer may request re-approval from the City, with the understanding that the City has the option of imposing additional requirements or stipulations.
