| Intergovernmental Agreement Amendment, Peoria Unified School District, Facility Use and Development Processing |

| | | | | | | | Purpose:
Discussion and possible action for City Council to authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement with the Peoria Unified School District, for facility use and development processing to extend the Agreement for one additional year. |
| | | | | | | | Summary:
The City has enjoyed a longstanding and beneficial relationship with the Peoria Unified School District ("PUSD"), including the availability of joint use of facilities and for development processing of PUSD proposed improvements. The City and PUSD entered into this Intergovernmental Agreement ("IGA") on September 1, 2015 and it is presently set to expire on May 12, 2024. (City Contract No. LCON02822) The parties desire to extend the term in order to have the IGA effective through May 12, 2025.
All other terms and conditions of the IGA are to remain in full force and effect.
The PUSD Governing Board will be voting to approve this Amendment at an upcoming meeting on April 25, 2024. |

April 25, 2023 – Council approved of the extension of the current IGA and addendum D. |
