To recognize the graduates of the 2024 Peoria Leadership Institute, who have spent the past nine weeks learning about the City of Peoria municipal operations. Participants were able to hear directly from leaders of all city department on the core functions that we provide that contribute to Peoria's outstanding quality of life.

Each year, the City of Peoria offers its residents an opportunity to register for the Peoria Leadership Institute. This program offers a comprehensive look at all operations of city government. Class members learn more about the city's governmental structure, its budget and finances, public works, utility, police and fire operations and parks through interactive discussions with management staff.
