Discussion and possible action to approve a Replat of Lot 11 within Arrowhead Entertainment Center, per Book 535 of Maps, Page 27 MCR, along Arrowhead Fountain Center Drive just south of Stadium Way; and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign and record the Replat with the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office. |

The purpose of the Replat is to subdivide existing Lot 11 of the Arrowhead Entertainment Center to create an additional lot just north of the existing Harkins Theatre. This new lot is proposed for a future commercial development. |

The original Final Plat for the Arrowhead Entertainment Center commercial subdivision was reviewed by the City and recorded on June 14, 2000.
Pre-Application PA24-0019 was conducted on March 27, 2024, to discuss the potential development on this parcel to be created adjacent to the Harkins Theatre. |

Staff recommends the approval and subsequent recordation of the attached Replat without any stipulations. Any additional easement dedications or abandonments necessary for development of the newly created lot will be processed as part of the construction document review and approval for that development. |
