Discussion and possible action appointing George Biederman and Teresa Hunt as contract part-time Judge Pro-Tempore by the Presiding Municipal Judge with Council approval, pursuant to City Code § 5-3. |

A contract part-time position of Judge Pro-Tempore established with the adoption of the FY 24-25 budget. As required the selection process for Judge Pro-Tempore was followed, and in accordance with Section § 5-3, the appointment of George Biederman and Teresa Hunt is presented for Council consideration. |

George Biederman and Teresa Hunt are members of the Arizona State Bar in good standing and have served as Judge Pro-Tempore. |
