Proposal:
A request to apply Initial Zoning ("translational zoning") to a 0.15 acre site proposed for annexation. The site is owned by the applicant Dane Hill, and is located north of Pinnacle Peak Road between approximately 68th Drive and 70th Avenue. The site abuts the City of Peoria to the north, east, and west. This action would bring the entirety of the Hill property into the City of Peoria and replace the current Maricopa County Rural (RU-43) to City of Peoria Suburban Ranch (SR-43) Zoning District.
