Discussion and possible action to approve the Employment Agreement with the City Manager. |

Recently, the Mayor and City Council completed their performance appraisal of the City Manager. Pursuant to the appraisal, the attached Employment Agreement with the City Manager has been prepared. The Employment Agreement provides for an increase in base salary and will more closely align the City Manager with peer counterparts in the valley. |
