Updates will be given regarding the construction of the two building being leased to Caldwell County BBQ and the other to Jefferson House, LLC.
Staff will also be revealing the Front Porch design most liked by citizens and next steps will be discussed. |

A total of four Downtown working group meetings have been held. Dates are as follows: September 6, 2023; November 1, 2023; February 21, 2024; and August 26, 2024.
On April 2, 2024, Council Meeting was held and approved agreements with Caldwell County BBQ and Jefferson House, LLC. |
