Discussion and possible action to approve a Replat of Parcel AMU-2 within the Mystic at Lake Pleasant Heights Subdivision, per Book 1625 of Maps, Page 14 MCR, along the North Side of Westland Drive just West of El Mirage Road; and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign and record the Replat with the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office. |

The purpose of the Replat is to subdivide the existing parcel into two separate parcels for the purpose of a 1031 real estate exchange for the owner. The new lots are proposed for two future multi-family developments. Any necessary dedications or improvements will be required on the replat(s) for the future developments.

Parcel AMU-2 was created on the Replat for parcels E, F and G of the Mystic at Lake Pleasant Heights Subdivision which was reviewed and approved by the City at the October 12, 2021 City Council meeting and subsequently recorded in Book 1625 of Maps at Page 14 MCR.
Site Plan Application SP24-02, based on Pre-Application PA23-0070, is in process to review the proposed layout for the future multi-family units and associated improvements. |

Staff recommends the approval and subsequent recordation of the attached Replat without any stipulations. Any easement dedications or abandonments necessary for development of the newly created lots will be processed as part of the construction document review and approval for those developments. |
