Discussion and possible action to approve ORD. 2024-18 to reconcile the assigned Council District identified within the adopted Ordinance 2024-11 corresponding to the City Council action on October 1, 2024 approving the annexation of 0.15 acres of private property located north of Pinnacle Peak Road between approximately 68th Drive and 70th Avenue. |

Due to an administrative oversight, the property was placed into the Acacia District upon annexation through ORD. 2024-11. Given the geographical location of the property, the purpose of ORD. 2024-18 is to reconcile the assigned Council District for the property described as Assessor’s Parcel Number 201-13-006D to the Willow Council District. |

- On October 1, 2024, the City Council held a public hearing and adopted Ordinance 2024-11 annexing the subject 0.15 acres into the City of Peoria.
