Discussion and possible action to (a) approve a settlement in the amount of $185,000 to settle a claim brought by Natasha Pritchett against the City of Peoria; (b) authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to execute all necessary documents to settle the claim; and (c) approve a budget amendment in the amount of $185,000 from Contingency to the Insurance Reserve Fund.
