Discussion and possible action to: (a) approve a settlement in the amount of $575,000 and to include a future memorial to settle a claim brought by Kizzen James against the City of Peoria; (b) authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to execute all necessary documents to settle the claim; and (c) approve a budget amendment in the amount of $575,000 from Contingency to the Insurance Reserve Fund. |
