Discussion and possible action to approve the Employment Agreement with the City Attorney. |

Recently, the Mayor and City Council completed their performance appraisal of the City Attorney. Pursuant to the appraisal, the attached Employment Agreement with the City Attorney has been prepared. The Employment Agreement provides for an increase in base pay and a one-time lump sum payment into a retirement savings account and will more closely align the City Attorney with peer counterparts in the valley. |
