Discussion and possible action to approve the Employment Agreement with the Presiding Municipal Judge. |
| | | | | | | | Summary:
Recently the Mayor and City Council completed their performance evaluation of the Presiding Municipal Judge. Pursuant to the appraisal, the attached Employment Agreement has been prepared. The Employment Agreement provides for an increase in base salary and deferred compensation and will more closely align the Presiding Municipal Judge with peer counterparts in the valley. |
