Peoria believes a city is incomplete without a strong sense of the arts. Public art displays, performances, and our access to them are some of the many attributes that contribute to the outstanding quality of life in Peoria and draw people to our great city. In addition, it is a characteristic that we can boast to business leaders who are looking for a new community to open or expand their company.

This program aims to engage Peoria students interested in the visual arts and incorporate their talents into an art exhibit in the Peoria City Hall. The entries were collected by Peoria Unified School District teachers, who selected their top entries for submittal to the City of Peoria. We will be recognizing these students tonight for their outstanding artistic talents, and the Peoria Unified School District and their art teachers for their commitment to a robust arts education.

To recognize and acknowledge the students whose artwork was selected for the City of Peoria Young Artists Showcase, these artworks were displayed in the Peoria City Hall Pine Room from April 3, 2025, to May 13, 2025.
