Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2025-55 appointing Thomas Parascandola as the Associate Municipal Judge of the City of Peoria, Arizona. |

As required by Chapter 3, Section 28 of the Peoria City Code, the selection process for an associate Judge was followed, and in accordance with Section 5-3, the appointment of Thomas Parascandola as Associate Municipal Judge is presented for Council consideration. |
| | | | | | | | Previous Actions/Background:
Thomas Parascandola is a member of the Arizona State Bar in good standing and served as a Phoenix Municipal Court Judge for over six years and has an additional 22 years of experience practicing criminal law and traffic offenses. In his three-decade career, he has a comprehensive understanding of the criminal legal system from multiple perspectives, as a judge, prosecutor and defense attorney. |
