Discussion and possible action to adopt ORD. 2025-24 amending Section 3-46 of the Peoria City Code pertaining to the establishment and membership of the Youth Advisory Board. |

A code amendment to Chapter 3, Section 3-46 pertaining to the establishment and membership of the Youth Advisory Board, and ratifying and confirming Resolution Number 2025-50 and 2025-51, adopted by Council on May 13, 2025. |
| | | | | | | | Previous Actions/Background:
On May 13, 2025, Mayor and Council adopted Resolution 2025-50, appointing and reappointing members to the Youth Advisory Board, and Resolution 2025-51, appointing Felicia Holly and Anika Navghare as the Council Youth Liaisons. Resolution Nos. 2025-50 and 2025-51 may not have been fully authorized by the existing City Code at the time of their adoption, and to ensure the validity and enforceability of these Resolutions, it is necessary to amend the Code of the City of Peoria. |
