Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2025-92 authorizing the amendment of the Amkor Technology City of Peoria Economic Development Agreement.

Amkor Technology and the City have worked collaboratively for the last 18-months to develop Amkor's state-of-the-art semiconductor packaging and test facility in Peoria.  Through the course of that development, Amkor and the City agreed to relocate the facility to Core 2 approximately 5 miles from the Vistancia location should the City successfully acquire property at public auction.

The amended EDA codifies the location change, includes provisions pertaining to the City's responsibility to design and construct infrastructure, and Amkor's responsibilities to compensate for the public infrastructure should local tax reimbursements and state tax incentives do not cover all costs.  Amendments were made to the water/wastewater section and the two parties agree to collaborate should additional infrastructure or project needs arise.
