Discussion and possible action to concur with the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation to adopt RES 2025-98, amending the General Plan Land Use designation from Traditional Residential (2-5 du/ac) to Urban Residential (12+ du/ac) on approximately 5-acres. The site is located at the northeast corner of 87th Avenue and Northern Avenue. |

Northern Ave Properties LLC is requesting approval of a Minor General Plan Amendment and Rezone to facilitate the development of a multi-family residential development on a 5-acre site located at the northeast corner of 87th Avenue and Northern Avenue.
To avoid redundancy, the report and the associated information is included in the accompanying Rezone staff report (Z24-07). |

- On August 21, 2025, the Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing regarding this case. There was one (1) speaker present from the general public who spoke against the request. The Commission voted 4-1, recommending approval of the Minor General Plan Amendment.
