| Abandonment of City Interest, Drainage Easement, Southeast Corner of 83rd Avenue and Jefferson Street |

Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 2025-101 abandoning the City’s interest in a portion of a certain Drainage Easement within Lot 1 of the Axiom Church Final Plat located east of 83rd Avenue south of Jefferson Street. |
| | | | | | | | Summary:
During the final plat process, property owners dedicate easements for various uses within the platted parcels. As properties are developed, there are times that field conditions may alter the location of where utilities are installed or design efforts are made to reduce the size of certain easement areas. These circumstances are present in the current requests for abandonment:
- Axiom Church Lot 1 – a Drainage Easement was dedicated via the Final Plat within Lot 1. A request was made by the current property owner to abandon a portion of the drainage easement.

Staff recommends that City Council approve the adoption of the attached Resolution authorizing the abandonment of a portion of a drainage easement within Axiom Church Lot 1.
