Discussion and possible action to adopt the City’s Integrated Water Utility Master Plan. |

The updated Integrated Water Utility Master Plan (IWUMP) was presented to council at the study session on September 16, 2025. The IWUMP is Peoria’s long-term strategic roadmap for managing water resources to meet demand and ensure sustainability. It outlines key strategies such as reclaimed water infrastructure development, optimizing groundwater storage, implementing conservation programs, and managing growth. |

The previous IWUMP was approved by council in 2015. This is an update to adequately reflect the needs of the city moving forward.
