Discussion and possible action to adopt ORD. 2025-28 correcting clerical errors and clarifying fee alterations in Chapter 27 of City Code previously adopted by Council |
| | | | | | | | Summary:
On August 5th 2025, City Council adopted Ordinance 2025-21 enacting new development fees. During the course of implementing that Ordinance, Staff identified several clerical errors, redundant fees and not-so-clear terms. This ordinance corrects those deficiencies.
None of the alterations proposed in this ordinance result in a new fee or a fee increase, which otherwise triggers the requirement for 60-day public notice per Arizona Revised Statute. |
