| | | | | | | | Purpose:
Discussion and possible action to enter into an agreement with Arizona Department of Administration to establish and maintain a Law Enforcement Records Management System, which is funded by Senate Bill 1735 and previously approved by Council on August 5, 2025.

| | | | | | | | Summary:
Through this agreement, the Peoria Police Department will participate in a pilot program to connect records management systems and computer aided dispatch systems of four agencies, including the Pinal County Sheriff's Office. Funding for this program is provided by the State of Arizona General Appropriation Act of Fiscal Year 2025/2026 Senate Bill 1735 in the amount of $83,900.00. This appropriation was previously accepted by Council on August 5, 2025.
The software for the pilot project will be hosted in a secure, criminal justice information services, compliant, cloud environment that will scale to accommodate the increasing volume and velocity of Arizona law enforcement data needs. The program will integrate data from common law enforcement systems such as computer aided dispatch and records management systems on a real-time basis. The program will provide advanced configurable search, analytics and visualization capabilities to support common law enforcement mission needs, reduce redundant records along with many other value-added features.
